Had my session with the leg fitters this morning
They used a hand scanner that projects a pattern of light onto the surface of the skin and then converts the ref into a 3d model.
That is sent to there factory where it is cncd from dense foam and finally a vacuform a stick is molded over the shaped foam to produce the fitted socket for my stump.
