That's not my point. He should be paid and rightly so,
However as it currently stands the world does not work in favour of creators of this ilk. Until it does, it's probably best not to spend your last £500 on something fruitless

It is simply an amazing story.
The lengths to which Techdirt and Wikipedia went to fight it (USPTO, US Dist. Ct. in SF, the 9th Circuit) when they could have waved a release, $5,000 and a case of beer in front of him and been done with it.
