Like EVERY political campaign, he was trying to get dirt on the opposition. The media focuses on the meeting, what they ignore is that TrumpeJr. decided she was full of it.

It's NOT prosecutable.
And the entire nonsense is an attempt to delegitimize Trump presidency. A failed attempt. And everyone with an ounce of common sense is deeply embarrassed with this American media obsession. It's certifiable!
Its target audience are the dopes who still watch it. Apparently they still have some sort of audience.
Meanwhile Trump carries on making the changes his supporters hired him for. He's the guy with laser light teasing his cats, having them bash their own heads into walls . He makes one simple tweet within 140 characters and media spends weeks bashing their heads until even they complain of headaches they've caused for themselves.
It's fascinating thing to behold. Absolutely historic. I'm quite old and I've never seen anything like it.
In school we are taught the press (media) is 4th estate. Separate from government, its function to keep government checked. With all parties subject to their investigation. What we have instead is TASS and PRAVADA, our media working for one party only. Exactly like old-time USSR. Whom we all mocked at the time, even Russians. At this point we regard all of American media as Democrat Party operatives with bylines. And that's all. All of them are produced by Democrats for Democrats, everyone else is excluded. And they're thick as mud besides. This Russia obsession with its multiple inversions proves once and for all and for everybody observant that American media is dead.
Dead, dead, dead, dead, dead, dead, dead. Flat dead. Dead as a pile of rocks. We do not mourn their passing, as we must flounce off and get our information elsewhere.
