This is a normal post Dunno.
Buzzfeed isn't the joke it once was but I'm dubious as to whether they'll ever really be able to shake off their silly listicle reputation. They've certainly hired a lot of serious journalists and are paying them well, but I don't see their serious side lasting.

This is a normal post think you're right on the last point
serious journalism is expensive. and largely boring to the half educated of Blair's Britain - they think they know everything already and are happy to explain it to you in a powerpoint.
More lisiticles please! also kitten videos.

The Internet is a wonderful thing but it has fucked up a lot of other good things. Journalism and retail to name but two.

This is a normal post I miss decent book shops and record shops.

Hatchards (where ahem I met Patrick Leigh-Fermor ;-)) Daunt are very nice. Stanfords for your exploring needs...
edit: you're too old for sneaker pimping. M&S will supply you with some weekend boat shoes and Churches can cater everything else.

This is a normal post I was in Stanfords a couple of weeks ago.
We'd walked out of the Donmar half way through matinee of the play about the collapse of Kids' Company. Atrocious.

This is a normal post Nah.
The script was taken verbatim from the transcripts of the Select Committee hearing. Verbatim. And was sung. Sung. A libretto that didn't scan. Complete dud. Seventy quid down the pisser.

do you carry a chib and hide it in a hedge when you to Stamford Bridge?
edit: you're more likely a Fulham fan. Pfft.
Although you'd probably fit in better with those Dulwich art-school pretentious numpties

I recently bought a Fred Perry zip up hoodie from John Lewis. I thought to myself before buying it that it was a bit of chavvy brand, but fuck it, I like it.
