That needs a NSFW tag. The old black and white minstrel footage is deeply offensive and has triggered me.
Also, the presenter's hair is not natural. It has been coiffed into a Caucasian style. That is cultural appropriation and therefore she is a racist. Plus she's wearing regular clothes, she ought to be wearing nothing but a grass skirt and intermittently chucking a spear.
