Just Giving page for a young lad's cancer treatment
I don't know the guy (I just saw it on Twitter), but I can only imagine how desperate the family are.
Worth a donation I felt.

Dowsing? Crystal therapy?
Spirit animal regression? Trepanation?
Why are all of these age-old therapies being pooh pooed when they've been used for centuries by wise women and those in the shamanic tradition?
Oh, that's right, it's because they're bollocks

"Yes to Life, a pioneering UK charity, is the first organisation of its kind to give direct support to cancer patients in accessing an integrative approach to their cancer care, one that draws on both orthodox medicine and the best of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM)."
I'm all for honest scientific study of traditional (herbal) remedies though, lots of interesting things there. eg. examine.com/supplements/traditional-chinese-medicine/

'I'm all for honest scientific study of traditional (herbal) remedies though'...
Me too. Our very best painkiller is plant-derived, Stanols from plants are a great thing for reducing cholesterol etc etc. What I am against is all the other bollocks that latches on to the 'Traditional' and 'Complementary' tags.

I feel obliged to make a donation now, if only to somehow compensate for all the above.
