This is a normal post Top!
I loved maths as a kid. That's all changed now...

This is a normal post I loved it until I got to the Integration/Differentiation part
-F(x,y,z,t-2h)+16*F(x,y,z,t-h)-30*F(x,y,z,t)+16*F(x,y,z,t+h)-F(x,y,z,t+2h)
Ftt = ¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾
12h²

Fx(x,y-2h,z,t)-8*Fx(x,y-h,z,t)+8*Fx(x,y+h,z,t)-Fx(x,y+2h,z,t)
Fxy = ¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾¾
12h

etc..

"From these, it’s easy to generalize to any number of independent variables."

Yeah, right...

This is a normal post You had the A,B and C on the triangles on the wrong lines A + B should be the shorter sides
But actually I've never seen that formula explained using actual squares drawn off the triangle. Which is a brilliant way to show the concept.

This is a normal post can't believe i didn't spot that
i'm half tempted to delete it and reupload it now... but my other half is tempted to not be arsed :)

This is a normal post I enjoyed Genius btw, but I probably wouldn't have realised it was on if not for tuning in to see your contributions
It's a good old-skool kind of tv show with most of it being amusing banter about silly stuff.

This is a normal post yeah it wasn't all that bad
as tv shows go. I'd have lingered less on each idea and have more of them instead maybe

This is a normal post I like the obsessive Dave Gorman too, he likes to take things to their illogical conclusion so
maybe that's why they linger that long.

This is a normal post A *very* old geometry book of mine had it like this...

Work out the areas of the triangles, the big square and the 'C' square, and Pythagoras's theory sort of falls out of it.

I'd only ever learnt it by wrote before...

This is a normal post These are the exact numbers you'd need to start a recursive gif like that one of the screaming kid

This is a normal post When I created it
I thought that the outer square looked skew-whiff, even though you can *see* they're straight to the edge of the jpg...
