Customers from Hell
The customer is always right. And yet, as 'listentomyopinion' writes, this is utter bollocks.
Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

One born every minute...........
Not really a customer from hell but I thought would be worth a mention.
My mate used to work in a pet shop (we will call him joe because thats his name),
A customer turned up one day and the conversation went something like this.....
Cust:- I would like to buy some frogs for my garden pond please.
joe:- Sorry sir, but we don't sell frogs, they generally just turn up and if they like the pond will decide to live in it.
Cust:- oh,,,,,, Is that the same for fish?
Joe:- hmmmmmmmm

Excellent.
"Yes, sir. I believe God puts them there." is the correct response to that sort of stupidity.

hmm, well
i can see the stupidity, but, im afraid to say - eels do just that.
Hence how they end up in ponds etc.
They all start their life in Sargasso Sea then they swim off to oceans, seas, rivers and ponds. On damp nights they cross over fields through damp grass until they find ponds, where they stay for years. Then, when they are ready (in most cases many years later) they go back they way they came crossing the same fields, streams, rivers back to the Sargasso Sea to breed.
100% true.

Actually...
in some cases that does happen, although mostly only if you retrieve plants from other ponds that conveniently has fish eggs on it ;)
