Scars with historyYou've all got scars: they're nature's little reminders not to be so damned stupid next time. My favourite is the 1/4" round hole in the back of my right hand, created when I was 7 by my best friend putting a manure-covered gardening fork "away".

SpangI was drying the dishes, like you do when you are deprived of a dishwasher, and i caught the ladle on the tea-towel.
I tugged it free but this resulted in the ladlle spanging me right on the bridge of my nose.
It bled and everything and i have this line across my nose cause i spanged myself with an over-sized spoon. Needless to say, we now have a dishwasher...
