The Colorado real estate housing burst has been a long time in coming. Prices were so grossly over inflated that people could not afford them. I received a taxation notice from the county telling me that my Colorado house was worth at least 33% more than what was realistic in their effort to get more money for them to spend. Everybody who hedged their bets on these Breckenridge houses to make income got just what was coming to them. The same thing happened to the auto industry. Autos costing 20-30000 dollars is just ridiculous(sp). It is time that government come back to earth and quit being so greedy.
