Like they did with the Jubilee Line extension for 2000 (to go to the dome). I heard they were on 10x overtime for the last month.
It will go about another £500 million over budget, and then the Tories will have an excuse that 'it's all Labour's fault' when there's no money for schools and hospitals

because Labour has spent it on off-balance-sheet PFI deals for...schools and hospitals
I bet the Tories will do exactly the same, although there seems to be some debate as to whether PFI was their idea, or...er...Mussolini's
