they have free 2 day courses
at most of the centres, great fun. the sign for 'London' turns out to be the sign for 'mad'(finger twirl to the side of head)

when I was a kid, my next door neighbor girl was deaf
she taught me to sign--it's amazing how fast you can "speak" that way once you learn it. (I've forgotten it all now tho)
