Well 3 and 4 are considered normal and healthy
So probably all well (unless they are a funny colour).
There's also now a type 8, 'mucus-like quality, sprayed out' but I don't think it's officially been recognised.

Dug out the full description: "Type 8: Stool has a mucous-like consistency, with bubbles and a foul odor (sprayed out). This may indicate unsafe amounts of alcohol and/or recreational drugs."

Trust me, if you deal with poo on a daily basis
you soon get desensitised to normal poo odour, and it has to be really bad to qualify as "foul".
