do you see the numbers below each frame?the ones that say 0.1 or something.... just click the first frame, shift-click the last, then click the number and change it to something else. if that makes any sense. oh well, works for me...

on the bottomof each frame there is a little doo dah.. you can change it to "no delay" 0.1 second etc... is that what you mean?

And after all this time I never once noticed a number below it...I always used to just put another frame in...I knew there was another way of doing it:) hehehe
