Angelfire won't let you either.
I believe tripod.co.uk may let you do it. Or some people have had luck with MSN Communities.

I tried with MSN but it wouldnt upload the image for some reason. Grr this is annoying me now, hehe. Im at college so i cant FTP into my domain that i bought either. I will try that other one that was said. Cheers. I will make it work
