you might have found it easier to blend them together if you'd flipped one of the pics, as it appears originally they were facing opposite directions. flipping's much quicker and gets better results than trying to over-skew the perspective - maybe next time? :)

The freehand deformation tool is also pretty handy for times like this. Turn the opacity of the face layer down a bit, then deform it until the features match up neatly. Onceit's all neat and tidy, turn the opacity back up, rub out the excess, et viola! Face swapping a-go-go...
