Actually they did
sometime in 1985. Caused quite the moral panic at the time.
I remember one article by a bloke who'd tried to top himself several times that was about the best music to play whilst attempting to purchase the farm (honest, I'm not making this up). Apparently Joy Division was counter productive (it just made him laugh at the absudity of the situation) but '60s Motown was highly efective for engendering the "right mood".
