Botox is a form of botulism that isinjected into the muscle. The nerves are attacked by the botox and the muscle is paralysed and the skin goes taught - hence no more wrinkles. Sounds so lovely if it's explained in this way because then people would realise that it's actually a very f**ked up thing to do.
