thanks...most of the clips are from the motion gallery that was in the newsletter a couple weeks back...
because i only use a few frames (usually a max of 10) i just play in virutal dub, capture the frames i want and dump them into my photoeditor before compiling the gif in flash...
i believe there are other (possibly more straightforward) ways if you have photoshop/imageready but i don't use them...
