# British call the phone book an A to Z?
haha. whats next? calling toilet paper loo roll?
(, Thu 5 May 2005, 2:29, archived)
# The A to Z is a road map

(, Thu 5 May 2005, 2:30, archived)
# ah
why is it called that
(, Thu 5 May 2005, 2:31, archived)
# because it usually has an A to Z
of street names in the back

or alternatively because they have the areas the map covers divided into sections that are usually lettered as opposed to numbered, so you if you drive off page E it might tell you to turn to page K for the continuation, depending on which direction you're driving etc. etc.
(, Thu 5 May 2005, 2:32, archived)
# .....but they're divided into sections
names after which page NUMBER the map can be found on
(, Thu 5 May 2005, 2:37, archived)
# we must get the primary school cheap rip off version then
because ours are definitely lettered

they're also about 7 years old so our house isn't even on them, but ah well...

someone make an ani showing the paparatzzi chacing Di's car and right as they enter the tunnel - a huge (ugly, shopped if necessary) Camilla face pops up or out at them and the rest is history.

One of you talented blokes or blokettes wanna give her a go?
