You shouldnt worry about it
if your stomach lining didnt replace itself your stomach "acids" would eventually eat through your stomach and start digesting the rest of your organs.

That's generally what they're refered to as
but as far as my understanding go it's actually all the enzymes and stuff that do the mostdigesting, not the acidic nature of the juices, but I could very well be wrong with that.
