No need,
Just turn your transparancy and interlace off and make the lossy 20
(assuming this is Imageready of course!) it drops to 220k on mine.

edit: only got into it a few weeks ago mesen, but I've picked up some
good tips real quick both from other peoples and doin me own. The
lossy thing is V useful! Esp for stuff like this with full frame movement.
