correct the force of the impact would cause the internal organs and meaty bits to tear open the skinthus splat would occur, maybe not as severe as the picture suggest but given enough distance then yes, splat would occur.

Tv lies then.When ever anyone is seen jumping off a building, they just end up as a thing on the pavement with very little visible damage.

it's very dependent on how far and weight/size all that tatthe splat is from instant tear and outlet of energy (in inside form)

Yes TV does liethey do so so as to not disturb people with horrific gore. The amount of blood from such a fall is gorey enough but in many movies the body is hardly damaged at all which is stupid.
