If you spin the car
you'd have circluar tyre motions, and still wouldn't. The only way that would happen is if the tyres swapped sides whilst the car was moving in one direction (forward) which I don't think car-manufacturers have included as standard yet

... just not very plausable... the skidd marks wouldnt be in the perfect curve they are in... the left mark would have more of an angle to it there the wheel was used to pivot the car!
