isn't really Emo....but emo is actually short for 'Emotive Hardcore' and stemmed from punk.....and real Emo is cool. But bands like Saves The Day & Dashboard Confessional kinda skewed it all up and its gone downhill from there and seem to have lost all previous meaning, so Emo ain't actually Emo as it should ever been known as...its now whiney pricks who are too busy trying to look "different" they end up looking the same

MTV is for losers who don't know good music. I am what would be considered "emo" in the way I like the music. I love the true emo music. But it shouldn't be stereotyped that everyone who likes a kind of music all act the same way. I appreciate other music. I like ska. Does that mean I just go skanking through school hallways in my best suit? It doesn't mean it. I do it anyways, but it doesn't mean everyone does.

I don't wear tight jeans. I use myspace because it's a good way to keep in contact with my friends. I listen to good bands. I like emo.
