rasterize the text
(click on the text and press ctrl-b)

For some reason flash 8 screws up normal text when you animate it in a gif

edit : now you've also probably got some text hiding off to the side which also needs sorted
And increase the framerate hugely. It's a scientifically proven fact that high frame rates are hilarious
