i had a party a year back
and someone brought a packet of those balloons... later on someone collapsed trying to blow one up, hit head on cooker, got knocked unconscious and ended up in casualty.
oh we did laugh.

You just need to do it alot,
and really fill your lungs up with air, plus stretching the balloon a bit at first helps, as does warming them up a bit.
Actually some colours are easier to blow up than others.
