and this nicotine gum is fucking awful. I'm determined to quit just so I don't have to have the gum again!

I went in a shop the other day and there was a whole shelf rack just for Nicorette gums!

A weeks good another few days and it'll be getting much easier I'd say. I gave up for 6 months or so before, god knows why I'm smoking now.
