holodecks didn't appear until the late 24th century
the original series enterprise had a recreation room in area 39 that used holographic technology, but wasn't anywhere near as advanced as a holodeck and was probably impossible to have sex with.

also you've got Kirk on the inside of a holodeck facing the exit arch, presumably meaning Scotty is fornicating in the corridor outside.

also Scotty wouldn't reference the Borg as they weren't known about until at least 2293. (Anyone referencing 'Enterprise' here gets a stern look, as that's not proper trek :P)
