:)

I find it mildly surprising
that I have never yet heard the patent Star Trek chirruping sound or hailing whistle on anybody's mobile phone, especially given the amount of train travel I undertake

I went to college
...with a guy who wore a Next Generation style communicator. Every day. And used to tap it and speak.
He didn't really have many friends.

I bet he had loads
and he would talk to them all the time
in the cellar

I should have clarified
He was a complete party monster, and forever in demand... it's just tragic that he was stranded from that particular dimension

He should start an account here.
He would meet plenty of soul mates.

God, I can imagine!
Did anyone ever contact him on his communicator though? That would be even more worrying....

I'm sure he's still sitting in his rocking chair
gently swaying back and forth, staring at a fixed point on the wall, patiently waiting for the call.

Although I believe there are destructions floating around the interwebs on how to rebuild a toy Communicator with a BlueTooth headset inside :)

I have no idea
It's the most suitable one Google would give me... although from memory it was a replica. Which doesn't really help, as I have no idea which model it was a replica of.

I don't mean that picture.
I mean the Lcars theme for Symbians, or will you claim to have invented that?
Edit:// And as I recall I used to have it on my Palm OS handspring PDA probably 7-8 years ago.

Misunderstanding....
I thought you were referring to my image, not the Symbian Theme itself. My bad, Sorry.
