I have to agree with you there, on a side note what the hell was the ending all about. All I remember is they went to Metalluna, beat up the obligatory rubber monster then went home again.

For the benefit of others, the film above comes from a film called This Island Earth, which was spoofed in my particular favourite film Mystery Science Theatre 3000 (MST3K for short). One of the lines from MST3K is my above comment, and it is said at this point during the film when they are using the enterocitor (the communications device seen in the picture).
