# does your photoshop come with imageready?
if so, you can 'resize image' in that, and it'll bring it down nicely :)

good stuff though :)

# yeah, CS3 has the animation thing built in. I retained Imageready from CS2 as I found that easier to use.

all you do is open the folder the file is in and type "." in the open file box in Photoshop

Then they magically appear ;)

You can open a gif but you just get the first frame.

There's a quicktime workaround IIRC
