# Is this just a straight up image of Obama transposed onto somebody famous for being noble
with the not particularly hidden message that we ought to think Obama is noble, or am I missing the irony or some extra level of meaning?
(, Tue 4 Nov 2008, 1:50, archived)
# The source image of obama I found
was thoughtfully titled "obama_headshot"
I'm not sure if that answers your question or not.
(, Tue 4 Nov 2008, 1:52, archived)
# Oh, it's about assassination, like that one where Obama and his wife were in the motorcade in the place of the Kennedys?
I don't see why he's particularly more likely to be assassinated than any other president. Plenty of people had an irrational hatred of Bush (and probably still do, pointlessly).

# There are plenty of rational reasons to hate Bush in my opinion.
As for Obama I don't know if he's more likely to be assassinated or not. It's just a picture felix.
(, Tue 4 Nov 2008, 2:04, archived)
# OK.
Out of interest - because this sort of question is on my mind at the moment - how, in what specific ways, would Bush have had to change his policies, attitudes, cultural background, hairstyle, or whatever else, in order to have won your love and approval?
Excuse me if this is too difficult a question, I don't mean to annoy and I have possibly had too many cups of tea in a row.
(, Tue 4 Nov 2008, 2:11, archived)
# I'm not prepared to get into it, sorry.
I'm not being dismissive, it's just that there's honestly no point.
(, Tue 4 Nov 2008, 2:25, archived)
# Bah.
You were going to reel off a list of points like wars and social security, and I was going to respond with "ooooh" and be fascinated by the insight. This was my plan. NOW IT'S IN TATTERS.

I'll have to ask somebody else, later.
(, Tue 4 Nov 2008, 2:29, archived)
# I don't have a list.
It's a bit more interesting than that.

Edit: Nah that's not going anywhere is it. I thought it might get you all interested and shit.
(, Tue 4 Nov 2008, 2:31, archived)
# Heh.
At least you agree that it's interesting, I thought it might be.
Wate you'd better not be just trying to get me excited by saying the word "interesting" a lot, dammit
(, Tue 4 Nov 2008, 2:32, archived)
# I can't speak for Mofa
but in my case, he'd have to be more circumspect with his invasions of other countries and not commit electoral fraud / gerrymander in order to win his election.
(, Tue 4 Nov 2008, 2:25, archived)
# Ooooh.
And that would do it for you, would it, that would be enough? Then you could stand up proudly and say, er, "I like Bush," so to speak?
(, Tue 4 Nov 2008, 2:30, archived)
# Hahaha
he said bush.
