I actually advertised this on a fake B&Q newsletter when I worked there.
Half the staff wanted to know when they were arriving.

Not heard that one before, We did once have a new guy spend half an hour looking for tartan paint when I worked in Costco :-)

While I'm here, didn;t think it was worth its own thread but mind if I chuck this in here for opinions?

years ago we got the new guy at work to ring head office and get them to fax us some blank A4 paper coz we were running out... he actually stood there waited for the fax to come through and collected the stuff and walked over beaming until we pointed out how much of a dumb-arse he was!
