This is the currently suspended Mr Idiot here. If any mods come across this and read this without instantly suspending me, I ask you please to unsuspend the account Mr Idiot. I am really sorry about what I said, it was stupid, and I will never do it again. I shall be more observant, and make sure I know my audience before posting about possibly controversial subjects. I just didn't see the thread below, and am sorry. I would have apologized to whoever I offended, but I was suspended before I had a chance. So, please unsuspend Mr Idiot. Cheers if you do. If you don't, I will be really, really sad.

# A please unban me appeal thing
.

# Didnt know people actually reall got banned for real
thought it was just a rumour to keep teh plebs in line

# I think he made some coarse joke about dying shortly after someone had written of their friend who died of cancer.
But my memory hazes.

# The "dibs on the corpse" thing?
I'd be very surprised if that was enough to earn a real ban.
(, Wed 21 Jan 2009, 23:00, archived)
# Seems pretty extreme.
But it's what was put forward as the reason last time I saw it being discussed on here.

# mmmmmmm
Surely if that Vietnam picture of the guy getting shot in the head or the naked children running from the napalm, with their skin hangin off can be used as a meme, then anything does indeed go.
taking the piss out of a dead cancer victim seems mild in comparison.
And "dibs on the corpse" (im sorry)the way it was explained above, made me laugh.

# The thing with stuff like that though is its offense level is all very personal.
The majority of us can detach ourselves from horrific Vietnam war scenes and jokes about paedophilia because those issues haven't directly affected our lives.

If his image seemed like a personal attack mocking the fact this person recently died of cancer then it may have appeared far more offensive than any of that.

Jokes about rape are only funny if you haven't been raped. If you have they're horrible.

I dunno, I wasn't here at the time.

# In all fairness
You shouldn't post stuff for the whole internet to read if you can't take a few cunts being nasty about it.

But I wasn't there and so know nuffink except whats being said here.
(, Wed 21 Jan 2009, 23:18, archived)
# Yeah, I definitely disagree with the banning if that was the sole reason.
But if whoever did it was acting empathetically and impulsively I could sort of understand.

# "dibs on the corpse" was Rathen
www.b3ta.com/board/7526238
it was a road accident not cancer if I recall

and now it's become a meme, how about that

# From what I've seen of how rob handles things
I'm guessing it must have been something pretty fucking extreme to earn a permanent ban.
(, Wed 21 Jan 2009, 22:58, archived)
# now i really want to know what it was.
!

# hum

I had a look and I really can't see anything worthy of a ban in the last posts on that account
www.b3ta.com/talk/5775670
that kind of carry on is tame for the talk board really

unless there was some really heinous shit that got deleted
(, Wed 21 Jan 2009, 23:21, archived)
# Banned from talk?
I thought the banning was from main!
.Who the fuck gives a ball of nob cheese about talk?
(, Wed 21 Jan 2009, 23:33, archived)
# NOT I, FOR ONE

here is the last post on the real board then

I think it's funny, but I would, wouldn't I

# WOW
even without the personal cancer joke, he managed to tick all the boxes!
.Looks like a steady stream of cockishness was rewarded.
.We all learn.

# Well
the thread mentions an edit. I think the comment was probably changed.
