they're trying to get ex-patsand people of Scottish ancestry (mostly Oz, NZ, Mercans and Canadians) to move back to Scotland and bring their money and skills and then the SNP will have magically made Scotland into a Californian type economy; hooray... how some dreadful singing and twee pictures is supposed to manage that I'm not sure...
