# ** Amazon Fucks you over (the consumer) yet again!!!
So as usual Amazon say the buyer doesnt have a contract until the goods have dispatched..

Hmmm then what the fuck are they talking about when they confirm the order?
(see below)

Your right to cancel:

At Amazon.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. That's why we offer you a 'No Quibbles' Returns Policy to return items to us up to 30 days after delivery--learn more about our Returns Policy at:

www.amazon.co.uk/returns-policy/

Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations,

******* you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items ******* within 7 days of delivery.

### That means I have a contract upto and including 7 days after i have recieved the goods for me to cancel that contract and return the goods I have purchased ####

**** This applies to all of our products. ***

However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed.

**** To cancel this contract *****

please fill out the back of the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as 'Contract cancellation'. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is:

So if this isnt a contract then I dont know what the fuck is nowerdays!!!!

Amazon ante up you miserable fucks!!!!
yet again when the shit hits the fan they hide behind their T&C's quoting capter and verse!!

(and they have made a load of pricing errors in the past - just search on google - and you could say they are guilty of a bait-and-switch tactics - after all if you signed up/gave your details etc.. they now have your details on their system whcih they could probably sell onwards and then you get shit loads of spam through the post or on your email..))

This is not the first time this has happened - you'd think they would have learned and sorted it out.. but NOoooooo... !!!

It's not as if I bought 50+ of the product - I just bought 1 of each.. for me and my partner..

Amazon should honour the smaller purchases but disgard the bulk purchases..
