31kg since Dec `07 for me. Getting serious with it now though. 5 of those 31 in the last 4 weeks. I got a pleasant surprise last night when I noticed the shadows of muscle definition on my shoulders. Haven't seen that in a looong time! Soon I should be able to fit into some shirts that I optimistically bought a while back :)
