I have in my hands a fab CD borrowed from one of my colleagues (who thought that since it was weird, I would like it. Curiously Prescient.)

It's from 1985, and it's called "Production Elements Disc 3", from the "Firstcom Digital Production Library", from Firstcom, "A Division of Jim Long Companies Inc".
It's got 83 tracks, varying from "Acceleration" through "Space Drama", "Impact", "Computer Work", "Jungle", "Tampa Vice", "Antartica", "Secret Message", "Percolator", "Corporate HQ" and "Haze", to the doubtless glories of "Space City" ("Bell effects over static bed, builds to end")
