Bill is 27.989

Come help celebrate the Friday before my birthday and see the world famous* Funky Munky!

*May not be world famous, may in fact just be my local.

Fucking hell.

Date, time, venue...all sorted and it's only November.

I need to buy bigger diaries.

I don't

Mine's a 900year one.

* tentatively signs up *

This is so far in the future I may just come on my hoverboard.

If so

It better be Mattel branded!

(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 20:43, Reply)
But I prefer

a proper hoverboard.

I think this is do-able

It being the Friday before my birthday also.

It is the middle of nowhere but there are late trains

Denmark Hill - Victoria has trains at 22:54 and 23:24 on a Friday and is half a mile from the Funky Munky. Hmm.

Gah!

One of my friends is getting married the next day and there's a possibility his stag-night will clash with this event. My loyalties are split so I'll stay signed up for now. He does live pretty close to the venue so perhaps we could all gate-crash this event.

Update

The stag-night's actually a few weeks earlier, but my friend who's getting married is organising an event that night. I've decided to go to both events, which means I'll do the bash first and leave about half way through.

Update II

Actually, the other event ends early, and the friend who was going to stay at my place has decided to stay somewhere else, so I'm now doing the other thing first, and will come to the bash about halfway through.

There's a regular train

to victoria (see above).

Honestly, Londoners are terrified of anywhere not in walking distance of a tube station.

(, Tue 16 Jun 2009, 23:08, Reply)
Providing this is the Camberwell FM and not the Warsaw one link retard.

(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 14:34, Reply)
Oops!

Link fixed, thanks!

So who can tell me how to get there without using overground trains?

I fucking hate the things with a passion. I'd rather not use buses either as they're the devil's mobile ball sack, so tube and walking is where it's at unless the above are totally necessary.

(, Sun 21 Jun 2009, 18:15, Reply)
Walk from Brixton tube.

Should only take about half an hour.

Edit: Might be even quicker from Oval.

(, Tue 23 Jun 2009, 14:35, Reply)
WALK? FUCKING WALK?

Fuck off.

(, Sat 27 Jun 2009, 20:44, Reply)
Hahaha

This is funny because it's suggested by the man who takes a bus from Warren Street to Euston.

(, Mon 29 Jun 2009, 14:14, Reply)
Well there are plenty of buses,

but apparently they're the devil's ballsack...

(, Wed 8 Jul 2009, 23:34, Reply)
Yep, about 15 minutes from Oval

or about 30 from Elephant & Castle or Brixton.

If you can stand a 10 minute bus journey all of these have regular buses to and fro.
