He makes a valid point about the difference between xenophobia and racism
criticising Israel's actions must not ever be confused with antisemitism. As far as I am concerned antisemitism is just another word for racism directed at individual jews not the Israeli state. To say I dont trust Nigerians is a xenophobic (and ignorant) comment but it's not racist.

Xenophobia is a phobia of the unknown or alien. Racism used to be about discrimination against people on the basis of race, most usually on the basis of colour, creed and ethnicity. Then the pinkos decided that that didn't suit their agenda so it was redefined as Racism = Power + Prejudice. I'm not making this shit up, Google it. The reason this definition was adopted as it means minorities, having no power, are incapable or being racist. Then came the McPherson report. Thanks to him, racism was defined purely by subjective perception. Ergo, if anyone perceives anything to be racist, it is, de facto racist. No further evidence is required. See also 'micro-aggressions'. Now the left say that criticism of Islam is racist, despite Islam not being a race. The left seems to think, rather patronisingly, that since the overwhelming majority of Muslims are not white, any non favourable view of Islam is racism. This is odd, given pinkos habit of regularly conflating Israel and its foreign policy with the global Jewish diaspora. And technically speaking, unlike Islam, Judaism is a race, as it is passed on via the maternal bloodline.

the recommendations from the McPherson report
were aimed at making the police better at handling and recording racism claims (be they valid or not) and stopping the police from being institutionally racist.
Power plus prejudice is a redefinition of racism. The old one is still there - Shit as it is: see Article 1 of the UN's ICERD.
As far as I can see micro-agression is just racism or sexism etc.
