This is a normal post Had a look at sketchfab but it complained the model was too big =/
I guess I would have to learn how to simplify it, textures, mesh etc. None of which I know how to do =)

Have you tried Agisoft Photoscan? It's 100 quid a license, but you can get a 30 day trial as many times as you've got email addresses ;)

Also, meshlab or meshmixer are both free (I think) and give options for decimating meshes - meshmixer is much easier to use...

This is a normal post Ah so decimating is what I need to look into.
Remake has that option, will check it out tomorrow. Time fer bed! Cheers

Yes, decimating is just a cool word (and let's be honest, it's a fucking cool word) for 'remove some triangles and make the file smaller'
