And it's being abused a lot, for example in petty little arguments over trespass on property near to borders, where there would be insufficient grounds to arrest someone in-country, but as soon as they go back across the border a prosecutor (i.e not even a judge) can sign a bit of paper than forces the other country's police to then make an arrest.
And you trust a prosecutor who has openly stated that she believes all men are partly responsible for sexual abuse cases and thus should, by law, be forced to pay a subsidy to compensate victims?
