Yes it is a bit of a wibblywobbley path
But could easily be down to my wife pushing the wheelchair.
On a more serious note though is the dramatic reduction in my intake of massive drugs.
I was at a dreadful point in life where the pain killers where not working and I was taking more and more of then each day I was taking morphine liquid and tablets along with several other big hitters.
But the moment I woke from the operation I was a different person it felt like all the years of pain and hurt had finally allowed me access to my real self.
The difference so dramatic that even the surgeon on his round the next day said I was sitting like a different person to who had operated on the day before.
The only problem I have had with pain was due to a blood clot that had formed when the drain got blocked.
Since then all my meds have been cut down to almost nothing and are being reduced on a week by week basis.

Tell you what
I have never had so many lovely lady's offering all sorts of help since this came off.
Although I do feel a bit shy and start to stutter when I am trying to ask them if it involves a happy ending
