It's not eloquent, sure.
It could be phrased better, certainly.
But ultimately the message is quite a straight forward one. Many people are simply weary of Russian state aggression. Most just want to live their lives peacefully without the murderous cunts killing people then being very noisy about simultaneously denying it explicitly while implicitly ensuring the world knows it was them.
So, that could be articulated with fancy words, but ultimately most people want the situation (e.g. the Russian government) to just fuck off.
It's not diplomatic language, but it is frank and honest, and I believe it reflects the position of the majority of people in this country.
