hopefully just a glitch that can be fixed
The petition appears to have been removed because of some action/error by the US-based provider (and at the worst possible time; just after everybody went home yesterday). It's now 11am GMT on 20/01/2010 and it's still going to be a few hours before I can hope to reach anyone at ipetitions.com (in 3 hours it will be 9am EST, which is their timezone)
