use Microsoft Virtual PC and set yourself up an old dos VPC...

Better yet, DosBox
Easier than Virtual PC, if all you want is enough DOS to run games, then download DosBox from www.dosbox.com/

misread the title.
I thought I was going to be watching stop motion cheese. Even when I read it properly I still couldn't shake the idea that the pieces were actually made of cheese and kept thinking "but what kind of cheese is brown? and how do you mould it like that?"
