Just playing devil's advocate here but it's interesting that he doesn't mention how the cull actually prevents a population explosion and hence stops more deaths from starvation than in the actual cull.
Of course, that doesn't justify the use of fur in fashion.

Don't think that's a particularly valid point
considering that the reason that there's a starvation problem in the first place is over-fishing by the same bunch of people that are doing the clubbing.
