I kicked my habit a few months after BC came out.The easiest way out of it is to piss off everyone in your guild so you have no one to raid with. game gets boring. you quit. easy.

quit?Its not that simple. A large number of the people in my guild are real life friends who i only get to see in the flesh every blue moon. Some of them i don't get to see at all. So pissing them off is a really bad idea. I cant play 5 times a week but only cos i have other calls on my time (like kids)
