You've all known one. The brown-nosing fucker, the 'comedian', the drunk, the gossip and of course the weird one with no mates who goes bell ringing, looks like Mr Majika and sports a monk's haircut (and is a woman).
Tell us about yours...
Thanks to Deskbound for the idea

I used to work in a customer services department for a large Kitchen company. It was very busy and very stressful work and my immediate supervisor didn't make things easier by not handling her staff very well. I worked hard and I worked concientiously but still she delighted in ripping me apart at every opportunity in front of the whole office, (which was large and open-plan). I didn't complain because everyone knew what she was like and no-one bothered. The customer services manager, who although a nice guy, knew what she was like and nothing was done about it. The scary thing was that she could be nice also and often gave me a lift home if the weather was bad, I mean WTF!. She bullied me for 12 months until I got so ill I had to leave work. (Ok, taking speed to make sure I got all my work done didn't help either).
I'll tell you something, I don't take any shit from anyone any more. Well, apart from my current boss who also happens to be my step-dad.

I have some questions.
1)Why are women bosses so so horrible? WHY? there is just no sisterhood there AT ALL.
2) What's with the nice one minute, nasty the next. Monkeys I think - alpha gorilla stuff?
3) I'm sorry you got bullied - me too :(

As the possessor of a feeble male mind, I firmly believe that women should not be allowed to manage people.
Because women work on a more social level, there's all of the bitching, grudges, back-biting and alterior motives to contend with. At lease with a male boss you know where you stand.

Yeah, you know where you stand as long as you stand 10 feet away from them.

Hey Greencloud,
I too am possessed of a terrible female boss, and have experienced a number of them, but they aren't all awful, and nor are all men good managers.
The women who are good managers tend to be those who got out of, or never fallen into, the mindset, drummed in mercilessly by society, which says, 'as a female, it is your job to appease, please, resolve conflict, look after people, massage egos, change your body/face/hair/eye brows to look like some pimped up doll, make people like you, put up, shut up and do what other people want'.
Once women get that shite out of their own heads and trust themselves and their judgement without thinking every decision they make has to please everyone, and can just get on with the job, women can be ace managers.

I hope I'll have the opportunity to work for one some day.

My current female manager is about 123094 times better than my last male manager
